HOW I CAN HELP

Let’s be real- parenting can be incredibly challenging, rewarding, confronting, frustrating, joyful, and everything in between. Almost all of us hit multiple points where we have no idea what we are doing, or how to move forward, whether it’s how we relate to our kids or how to best support them through their own struggles. We’re afraid of harming our kids, enabling our kids, or setting them up for failure in life.
That is so much pressure to put on ourselves as parents without much support.
Unfortunately, most parents feel like they need to figure it out on their own. To wade through the copious amount of suggestions on the internet and hope you don’t make the same mistakes as your parents or caregivers did.
The truth is, you don’t have to go through this alone. Truthfully, if you don’t do anything or get any support, it is likely that you will continue to face similar challenges in your parenting, just in different iterations as your child grows up. You’ll likely continue to get triggered, continue to feel moments of stuckness in hardship, and cycle back to moments of doubting yourself or feeling at your wit's end.
I truly believe that you deeply care about your kid(s) if you are here. You want the best for them. And often what is best for a child is for their parent to do their own work, to receive help from a professional.
That’s where I come in. I give you a space to process your triggers, frustrations, and anxieties so you can move from a place of stuckness to ease and confidence in your parenting.
I use a combination of skills from the latest research in parenting, developmental psychology, my experience as a middle school special education teacher, and my 15 years of experience in working with teenagers. My coaching is a mixture of analyzing what comes up for you personally in parenting so you can do the inner work to transform as a parent, incorporating best practices and tools, and giving you a safe space to connect with your own healthy intuition as a parent. And trust me- while I bring you my expertise, I’m also in the trenches with you as well, doing my own inner work as I get triggered weekly with my own kids.
It’s nice to know my background, but I think the best way to know what this type of work is like is to experience talking to me. So try it out, and see what you think.
